Have you seen these chenille ornaments before from Oh my buttons? I featured something similar a couple of weeks ago and still can't decide whether they are cute or spooky?

I'm making today all about cats.
I love these grey cats with their stunning orange eyes that seem to go so beautifully with this almost 'Austin Powers' style cat bed by a french designer (sorry, I lost the link). You can tell from the look on the cat's face that he knows the bed is cool.

These black and white bowls are from Italian company United Pets that go so well with the cat bed and are all squidgy on the bottom . Great idea if your cat is chasing its bowl around the kitchen floor as it eats.

One of my many vices is marzipan, and this time of year there's always an abundance of it in many disguises. So while I was searching for marzipan and chocolate I came across these babies which had done the rounds some time ago, but are still causing a reaction. They are supposedly marzipan, but I actually found the artist  and I'm pleased to report that they are made from doll sculptor's clay (phew!..there was no way I could have eaten a cute baby)  Still had to post them though with their cute little fluffy heads made out of english mohair.
They are created by canadian artist Camille Allen.

What a yummy way to wish your family happy holidays! I couldn't resist these after seeing them on food network  and wish I'd thought of it first. They could be a sweet hostess gift depending how creative you can get - a card and gift in one!

Lovely, creamy and everlasting triple milled soaps from Gianna Rose that come in all shapes,sizes and design themes. Absolutely loads to look at and they would make great treats for your hostess. Am I hinting just a little too much?

I have looked at these plushies a few times, mainly because of their giggle factor, but they are yet another alternative to the normal pet art. Copies of your pets face (or actually any face) from a photograph are printed onto a cotton fabric and then placed onto plushies from memonster

Another way is to buy someone a gift card  from imnoprint and have a doodle of your cat, dog or

anything! Recreate the quirky characteristics of your pet.

Not too sure what these wall decals from popwall say about your decorating style, and the mind boggles when you think of how they could expand their product range hmmmmm. I saw the examples below on Tilda the other week.

I'm having a bit of a woolly day today. Okay, so maybe not for pets, but you probably would feel very animal-like in these decadent mini paws from Montreal designer Sara Lagace.

Can you imagine the joy your dog would feel when he received his new orange woolly sweater and matching hat and how proud you would feel strutting around the park?

Christmas critters

Isn't it the best time of year for a walk in the woods? All the woodland creatures come to the fore to be featured in tree ornaments, snow globes, candles and chocolates. The beautiful snow globe from Westelm and the stag from Liberty are striking in colour yet very warm and fuzzy.

Starting off today with clean teeth. Dog butt floss from fanimals I wonder if you should pick up your used floss and dispose of it in a little bag!

Sticking with the 'dogs bottom' theme we have Rear Gear which is a really cute way to hide the unmanicured part of your best friend and all made with recycled parts no less! Hey - looks a little like the air freshener I have hanging in the car. I wonder...

Just lately, I have featured many felted animals, but none like these cat nip-filled  severed heads by Heather Bays, that supposedly make your cat feel like a hunter again. My cats would love them having never hunted in their lives before!

Cute little birdies from him creations in Vancouver and the funniest woolly dog toys from super pet shop. Do they remind anyone else of the Bee Gees?
